Wine Education Week launches on Monday 9th September with a splash. To mark the occasion, we’re holding a continuous 24-hour global food and wine tasting session including an attempt to break a Guinness World Record in London.

Basic rules like ‘red wine with meat, white wine with fish’ give you a starting point but what else should you be looking for when trying to find which wine to serve with food?

How can you tell if a wine is good, bad or somewhere in between? Want to know why you like - or don’t like - a particular wine? Once you know what to do, you’ll be able to enjoy wine at a different level.
